Job summary

TCBC is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The role focuses on installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC systems, with emphasis on refrigeration theory, electrical schematics, and control systems.

A strong background in pipe fitting, welding, and mechanical layouts is preferred. Responsibilities include servicing AAON, Data Air, mini-split, and package units; performing repairs, start-ups, and preventive maintenance; and documenting all

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of commercial HVAC service experience.
• EPA Approved Universal Technician Certification.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Servicing products and equipment including AAON Units, Data Air Units, Mini Split Systems, and Package Units.
• Perform repairs, overhauls, and start-ups of commercial HVAC systems.
• Use a variety of hand tools, following blueprints, wiring diagrams, or piping schemes to diagnose and repair units.
• Conduct preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacement, and modifications as needed.
• Document work by completing paperwork on each job and maintaining files.

Job description

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team.
