Job summary

R & T Yoder Electric, Plumbing, & HVAC, Inc in Columbus, OH is looking for a full-time experienced HVAC Technician to grow your career with an established, family-owned company. You will install, service and maintain HVAC systems and work with clients to deliver top service.

Earn up to $50/hour depending on experience, plus a $3,000 sign-on bonus and generous benefits including health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401(k), 2 weeks of PTO that increases with time, 5 paid sick days, paid

Qualifications

• 4+ years HVAC field experience
• Knowledge of residential and/or commercial HVAC systems and local codes
• Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams
• Understanding refrigeration cycles
• Knowing how to interpret pressure and temperature data
• Valid driver's license and good driving record

Responsibilities

• Install, service and maintain HVAC systems
• Remove old HVAC systems and install new ones
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams
• Train junior team members and share knowledge with the team
• Communicate with clients and customers regarding service details
• Order and maintain equipment and parts
• Run pipe and duct systems through homes
