Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an HVAC Technician in the engineering industry.
• HVAC certification or equivalent is required.
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems including cooling, heating, chillers, boilers, and refrigeration.
• Experience installing, repairing, servicing, and controlling HVAC systems.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in varied environmental conditions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our HVAC systems, ensuring they operate at optimal efficiency. This role requires a deep understanding of HVAC systems, including cooling, heating, chillers, boilers, and refrigeration. The candidate will also be responsible for HVAC installation, repair, service, and control. The successful applicant will have a strong background in industrial HVAC systems, demonstrating the ability to work on a variety of complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, chillers, boilers, and refrigeration units.
• Conduct regular HVAC system inspections to identify any potential issues and perform preventative maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, including controls and related equipment.
• Ensure all HVAC systems meet company standards and are in compliance with industry regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to service calls in a timely manner and resolving issues efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with the engineering team to develop and implement strategies for improving HVAC system performance.
• Maintain accurate records of all HVAC system installations, inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in HVAC technology and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HVAC Technician in the engineering industry.
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, including cooling, heating, chillers, boilers, and refrigeration.
• Proven experience in HVAC installation, repair, service, and controls.
• Experience working with industrial HVAC systems is a must.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems.
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• HVAC certification or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to lift heavy equipment and work in a variety of environmental conditions.
