Michael & Son Services Inc. is seeking an HVAC Technician to troubleshoot equipment and provide HVAC solutions for customers.

You’ll interact with clients, diagnose issues, and deliver reliable service with a strong focus on customer care and safety. We offer paid training, a fully stocked company vehicle with a gas card, a signing bonus up to 5000 for licensed technicians, year‑round stability, and clear advancement opportunities.

• Minimum qualifications:
• Excellent customer service skills/ability to interact with the public
