Job summary

Michael and Son is seeking driven HVAC Technicians to join our industry-leading team. You’ll troubleshoot equipment, provide HVAC solutions, and build lasting customer relationships while earning top earnings potential.

Our program includes a fully stocked company vehicle with gas card, paid training, and clear advancement opportunities. Bonuses up to $5000 for licensed Journeyman or Master technicians, plus comprehensive benefits and 401K from day one.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills/ability to interact with the public
• High level of motivation and great work ethic

• Pass pre-employment drug test and background check
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
