About the Role:

We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Maintenance Technician with strong HVAC skills to support the daily operations of our apartment community. You’ll work both independently and as part of a team to ensure the property is well-maintained, systems are functioning properly, and receive excellent service.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair HVAC systems (split systems, heat pumps, etc.)

  • Complete work orders and perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair

  • Ensure all service requests and repairs are completed in a timely and professional manner

  • Participate in the on-call rotation for emergency maintenance needs

  • Maintain the appearance and safety of the community grounds and amenities

  • Assist with apartment turnovers and preventative maintenance programs
  • Completed other assignments as requested

Qualifications:

  • HVAC certification (EPA Universal or Type II )

  • 2+ years of residential maintenance or HVAC experience

  • Strong troubleshooting skills across multiple trades

  • Ability to work on-call and flexible hours as needed

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service
