Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC experience preferred.
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) required.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in varying environments.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including occasional weekends and on-call rotations.
• HVAC Installation experience preferred.
• Experience with HVAC controls and communication systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, diagnose, and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Perform system inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and recommend solutions.
