Job summary

Spring Oak is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and/or commercial settings. The ideal candidate will diagnose issues, read schematics, and ensure systems operate safely and reliably. We offer a family-like environment with competitive pay and benefits.

Full-time role with opportunities for growth. Competitive salary ranging from $29 to $34 per hour, plus health and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• HVAC experience required.
• Strong understanding of HVAC electrical, refrigeration, and mechanical systems.
• Able to read blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and ventilation units.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and system inspections.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using testing equipment and schematics.
• Repair or replace defective components such as compressors, motors, thermostats, and control systems.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding system performance and repair recommendations.

We are seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Technician to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in residential and/or commercial settings. The ideal candidate has strong diagnostic abilities, a commitment to safety and compliance, and the technical expertise to ensure systems operate efficiently and reliably.

Responsibilities:

• Install, service, and repair HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and ventilation units
