ACCIONA is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to support facility operations at a GM manufacturing site. The role involves installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC and refrigeration systems to ensure safe, efficient building operations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of industrial HVAC maintenance experience, the ability to read diagrams, and familiarity with CMMS. Relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits are available where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• HVAC certification and/or EPA Universal Certification preferred.
• 3+ years of commercial or industrial HVAC maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency with CMMS is a plus.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying environmental conditions.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
