Job Details

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair issues with HVAC systems, refrigeration/freezer units, and related equipment.
• Install, replace, and start-up HVAC & refrigeration equipment using mechanical drawings and instructions.
• Perform regular preventative maintenance and service on HVAC systems and refrigeration equipment.
• Maintain and repair electrical, pneumatic, and plumbing systems throughout buildings and facilities.
• Work on chillers, boilers, generators, pumps, compressors, motors, fans, belts, and more.
• Proficient in electrical maintenance and repair on equipment with voltage up to 480v.
• Maintain, operate, and perform testing on fire/life safety and emergence power systems.
• EPA Certification & State License a huge plus!
