Job summary

Bosch is seeking a knowledgeable HVAC Specialist to provide expert troubleshooting and applications support for residential and commercial water-source heat pumps, geothermal, and related systems. You will assist contractors, engineers, architects, and homeowners with timely, accurate technical guidance.

Role involves collaboration with Product Management and Quality teams, documentation, and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in HVAC technical support or a related role.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems including Air-to-Air Heat Pumps, Water Source Heat Pumps, and Geothermal.
• High School diploma or equivalent; NATE/EPA certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide troubleshooting and applications support via phone and email to external customers and internal teams on HVAC systems and components.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Quality, Risk Assessment, Warranty and Returns to resolve issues and support improvements.
• Assist with new product introductions by reviewing materials and developing training resources, including videos.
• Represent the company in complaints and technical investigations with root-cause analysis feedback.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and manage departmental email communications.
• Perform on-site field troubleshooting as needed, including travel for training or service support.
