Job summary

Bosch USA is seeking an HVAC Specialist to provide expert phone and email-based troubleshooting for residential and commercial water-source heat pumps, geothermal, air-conditioning, and related systems. You will assist contractors, dealers, engineers, architects, and homeowners with timely technical solutions.

The role includes on-site field troubleshooting as needed, collaboration across teams, and occasional travel domestically and internationally for training or service support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on HVAC technical support experience.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems: Air-to-Air, Water Source, and Geothermal.
• High School diploma or equivalent; NATE/EPA certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide troubleshooting and applications support via phone and email for HVAC systems.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Quality, Risk Assessment, Warranty, and Returns teams to resolve issues.
• Assist with new product introductions by reviewing materials and developing training resources.
