You will be responsible for service customer account leadership across the team's customer base, with a focus on profitability, productivity, customer satisfaction, employee development, and safety program compliance. This role brings together people leadership, financial discipline, and day‑to‑day service execution, work closely with branch leadership and cross‑functional teams to meet commitments and grow the business.
Take ownership of customer outcomes, operating safely and with integrity in every decision.
Stay close to the work by supporting Technicians, Team Leads, and Customer Service Agents, while removing barriers that slow service delivery.
Use candor, root‑cause thinking, and continuous improvement to strengthen margin, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Build trust across the team by collaborating with field and office partners and valuing different perspectives.
Use clear goals and regular reviews to keep gross margin, quotations, staffing, and service execution on track.
