Responsibilities

1. Provide high-quality service to customers, resolving facility inefficiencies and service issues.
2. Act as a trusted advisor, offering solutions during commissioning and aftermarket services.
3. Recommend and upsell solutions to optimize facility operations, providing quotes as needed.
4. Support startup, commissioning, troubleshooting, and aftermarket services, working collaboratively with team members.
5. Travel 10-20% to support customer activities.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current member in good standing of Local 449 Steamfitters, Journeyman status.
• At least three years of practical experience with commercial/industrial chillers, AHUs, or rooftop units, including troubleshooting.
• Ability to repair centrifugal compressors, steam turbines, screw chillers, and system components.
• Valid driver's license, EPA refrigerant license, and applicable state/local licenses.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow.
