Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• NEBB or AABC certification is preferred but not required.
• Strong math skills related to balancing.
• Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings, specifications, and SOWs.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail and quality.

Responsibilities

• Test, adjust, and balance air and water HVAC systems to meet design specifications.
• Inspect systems for compliance with plans and identify performance issues.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, control schematics, and equipment data.
• Accurately document all testing, adjusting, and balancing activities using project reporting procedures.
