Job summary

Integra Testing Services seeks an experienced HVAC TAB technician to test, balance, and adjust air and hydronic systems on projects in the Pacific Northwest. You will read mechanical drawings and specifications, verify system performance, and document results to ensure compliance with plans and industry standards.

The role requires a minimum of five years in TAB and a high school diploma or GED. NEBB or AABC certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of Test and Balance experience.
• NEBB or AABC certification preferred, but not required.
• Strong math skills, including calculations related to air and water balancing.
• Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings, technical documents, and Statements of Work (SOWs).

Responsibilities

• Test, adjust, and balance (TAB) air and water (hydronic) HVAC systems to meet design specifications.
• Inspect systems to verify compliance with project plans and identify performance issues.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, control schematics, and equipment data.
• Accurately document all testing, adjusting, and balancing activities using project-specific reporting procedures.
