Downtown Boulder Partnership is seeking a dedicated technician for HVAC/EXHAUST Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and willing to join the Sheet Metal Workers Union #67. Responsibilities include ensuring safety, troubleshooting air requirements, and maintaining system balance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have NEBB, TABB, or AABC certification in test and balance or at least 3 years’ experience.
• Willingness to become a Sheet Metal Workers Union # 67 member.

Responsibilities

• Work safely and follow all protocols in a chemical factory.
• Collaborate with Experienced HVAC technicians in an automotive setting.
• Maintain system balance during installations and de-installations.
• Troubleshoot air requirement issues in designs.
• Foster teamwork and safety accountability.
• Assist in emergencies as needed.

Skills

Experience in HVAC/EXHAUST Testing, Adjusting and Balancing

Certificate in NEBB, TABB, or AABC

Ability to follow safety protocols

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
