Job summary

Ymp Real Estate Management in Louisville is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to perform maintenance, repair, replacement and installation of heating, cooling and refrigeration equipment, controls and distribution systems for our facilities.

You will install and troubleshoot chillers, boilers, heat pumps, and building controls; conduct preventive maintenance; repair wiring and components; and respond to emergency service requests while adhering to safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; HVAC certified.
• 3 years related experience or training, or equivalent education/experience.
• Own basic tools: drill, flashlight, screwdriver, hammer, socket set, etc.

Responsibilities

• Installs, troubleshoots and repairs HVAC units including chillers, boilers and heat pumps.
• Troubleshoots malfunctioning HVAC systems to determine cause.
• Performs scheduled maintenance inspections and calibrates systems.
• Repairs wiring and electronic components of building management systems.
• Replaces valves, compressors, motors and coils as needed.
• Cleans refrigerant systems and charges systems.
• Responds to emergency service requests.
• Maintains safety procedures and regulatory compliance.
