Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA 608 or HVAC certification may be required.
• Proven HVAC installation, maintenance and repair experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, refrigeration and mechanical components.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems per specifications and manufacturer guidelines.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections for HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC issues and perform repairs.
• Repair components, wiring or leaks and recalibrate controls.
• Interact with customers to explain services and provide estimates.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Follow safety protocols and refrigerant handling procedures.
