Job summary

PremiStar is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and boiler systems in Creedmoor, Texas. You will test equipment, analyze data, and provide clear recommendations to customers to ensure safe, efficient operation.

Responsibilities include performing routine repairs, inspecting systems, aligning with blueprints, and coordinating with field teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with HVAC experience or training.
• Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics and manufacturer specs.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine repairs to pump seals, bearing, etc.
• Inspect and test systems to verify compliance with plans and detect malfunctions.
• Determine customer concerns with HVAC and boiler systems.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
• Discuss malfunctions with customers to isolate problems and verify resolution.
• Record faults and materials used on work orders.
• Test pipe/tubing joints for leaks and balance system controls.
• Install thermostats, humidistats, and timers as required.
• Coordinate with repair teams to assist in other work.
• Assemble and install duct work or chassis parts per blueprints.
