Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 2+ years in engineering consulting or A/E firm preferred.
• Revit, Bluebeam, and MS Office proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC design calculations and prepare studies and reports.
• Review drawings and provide engineering solutions.
• Prepare construction documents matching client and project team requirements.
• Coordinate design with other disciplines.
• Respond to RFIs and prepare CBs under supervision.
• Conduct job site surveys and develop project punch lists.
• Assist with technical studies and assessments.
• Delegate tasks to Designers and BIM Technicians.
