Responsibilities/Skills/Experience Requirements
Job responsibilities:
- Repair appliances with high quality and efficiency
- Deliver a delightful customer experience that exceeds expectations
- Provide value-added solutions to make homes cleaner, more comfortable, and protected
- Maintain company truck well-organized and help manage parts efficiently
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- EPA Type II or EPA Universal certification
- Mechanical knowledge, including testing and repair tools
- Ability to follow directions and processes for quality workmanship
- Proficiency with smartphones, including for part ordering
- Background and drug screening
- Valid driver’s license for the work location
