Responsibilities/Skills/Experience Requirements
Job responsibilities:
- Repair appliances with high quality and efficiency
- Deliver a delightful customer experience that exceeds expectations
- Provide customers with value-added solutions to make their homes cleaner, more comfortable, and protected
- Keep company vehicle well-maintained and organized, and manage parts efficiently
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- EPA Type II or EPA Universal certification
- Mechanical knowledge, including testing and repair tools
- Ability to follow directions and processes for quality workmanship
- Proficiency with smartphones, including parts ordering
- Background and drug screening
- Valid driver’s license for the work location
