Job summary

H. T. PROF Group is seeking a Sustaining Engineer for HVAC products to support lifecycle performance, quality, and manufacturability.

You will provide daily engineering support to factory operations, drive cost reductions, manage ECNs, BOMs, and supplier qualifications, and mentor junior engineers. Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering and 2–5 years in sustaining or HVAC product engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent required.
• 2–5 years in sustaining/manufacturing HVAC product engineering.
• Lean / Six Sigma Green Belt a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support existing HVAC products throughout their lifecycle to ensure performance and cost-effectiveness.
• Provide daily engineering support to factory operations and resolve technical issues.
• Drive improvements, cost reductions, and manufacturability enhancements.
• Manage ECNs, BOM updates, supplier qualification, and documentation.
• Mentor junior engineers or interns and lead small sustaining projects.
