Sun-Air Supply Inc. is seeking a motivated HVAC Inside Sales representative to join our Atlanta team. You will assist contractors and customers with product selection, quotes, orders, and timely fulfillment while delivering excellent service.

Ideal candidates have HVAC product knowledge, inside sales or customer service experience, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This role offers growth, a team atmosphere, and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• HVAC supply experience preferred.
• Solid knowledge of HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies.
• Proven inside sales or customer service experience in a counter or phone-based environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
• Proficiency with order management systems or POS software.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical or trade education a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, assisting contractors and customers with HVAC product selection and orders.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Process quotes, purchase orders, and sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide product recommendations on HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies to meet customer needs.
• Coordinate with warehouse and purchasing teams to ensure product availability and timely order fulfillment.
• Stay current on HVAC product lines, pricing, and industry trends to serve as a trusted resource for customers.
• Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and order issues in a professional and timely manner.
