Job summary

American Rooter & Drain is seeking an experienced HVAC Install Lead to oversee residential and commercial HVAC installations. You will lead a team of installation technicians, coordinating with the plumbing team to deliver integrated, high-quality work.

You will supervise, mentor, and schedule 2–3 subordinate supervisors and 5–10 crew members, while maintaining safety, timelines, and compliance with codes. This role emphasizes hands-on problem solving and strong communication with customers.

What You'll Do
