You will document pre-functional activities, maintain action-item lists, and participate in point-to-point checks and functional testing as part of the Commissioning team. • Requires 5+ years of commercial HVAC startup or service experience.
• Technical HVAC/R education or training is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Lead startup activities and system performance evaluations on diverse projects.
• Document pre-functional activities in commissioning systems.
• Maintain action-item lists and communicate status daily to project mgmt.
• Mentor apprentices and coordinate with vendors/factory reps to resolve issues.
• Coordinate with other trades to keep construction schedules on track.
