Job summary

A leading HVAC services provider in the Dallas-Fort Worth area is seeking experienced HVAC Start-Up Technicians. This role focuses on the start-up of commercial and industrial HVAC systems, along with supporting team initiatives. Candidates must have strong HVAC skills with 5+ years in the field, as well as advanced troubleshooting capabilities. Qualifications

• Journeyman-level HVAC skillset with installation and construction experience.
• 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience preferred.
• Ability to manage priorities and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre startup inspections of HVAC systems.
• Complete full start-up per manufacturer procedures.
• Lead small projects such as roof sweeps & retrofits.

Skills

Journeyman-level HVAC skillset

5+ years of commercial HVAC experience

Strong knowledge of RTUs, DOAS, MUAs

Advanced troubleshooting skills

Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings

Strong communication skills

Ability to manage priorities

Education

HVAC/R technical school or accredited trade school coursework
