Job summary

AirCo Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing in the DFW area is seeking an experienced HVAC Start-Up / New Construction Technician to join our team. You will start up newly installed residential systems, verify operation, troubleshoot issues, and ensure systems are customer-ready.

You should have HVAC experience, especially in new construction or commissioning, be able to read wiring diagrams, and hold EPA certification if possible. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• HVAC experience, preferably in new construction, start-up, installation, or commissioning.
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and understand HVAC controls.

Responsibilities

AirCo Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing is looking for an experienced HVAC Start-Up / New Construction Technician to join our team in the DFW area.

This position is responsible for starting up newly installed residential HVAC systems, verifying proper operation, troubleshooting issues, and making sure systems are ready for the customer.
