As a Sheet Metal/HVAC Detailer, you will be responsible for producing accurate and coordinated fabrication and installation drawings for HVAC systems using BIM software.

Key Responsibilities

What You'll Do

As a Sheet Metal/HVAC Detailer, you will be responsible for producing accurate and coordinated fabrication and installation drawings for HVAC systems using BIM software.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 3D models and shop drawings for sheet metal ductwork and HVAC systems.
• Interpret construction documents, specifications, and submittals to ensure design accuracy.
• Participate in coordination meetings with other trades to resolve clashes and ensure constructability.
• Generate spool drawings, duct tickets, and fabrication sheets for production.
• Set up and manage Revit views and models for project teams.
• Identify and communicate design issues or conflicts early in the process.
  
  

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in HVAC or sheet metal detailing (BIM/Revit experience preferred).
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other BIM-related tools.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, ductwork, and mechanical construction practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.
