What You’ll Be Doing

• Install HVAC systems in residential settings including heating, cooling, and heat pump units
• Prepare all materials, tools, and equipment before each installation
• Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and technical specifications
• Install and configure furnaces, condensers, air handlers, and ductwork
• Fabricate and install ductwork for proper airflow and efficiency
• Install thermostats, controls, and electrical components
• Perform system inspections and ensure compliance with local and state codes
• Educate customers on system operation and maintenance
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service vehicle
• Promote membership programs and help generate positive customer reviews

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of HVAC installation experience
• EPA 608 certification preferred
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Pride in clean, quality workAbility to read plans and follow technical specifications
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
