Job summary

RCL Mechanical is looking for an Install Coordinator in Massachusetts to drive successful HVAC installation projects. You will collaborate with internal teams and customers to deliver high-quality service and on-time project completion.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of HVAC install experience, strong communication, and organization, with proficiency in typical office software and knowledge of Service Titan as a bonus.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years HVAC install experience.
• Service Titan experience is a plus.
• Must be self-motivated, deadline driven, and a strong communicator.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Google Drive or similar office software.

Responsibilities

• Review job costs on completed jobs and identify variances.
• Assist team in resolving critical issues with focus on quality, cost and schedule.
• Visit job sites to ensure quality installation.
• Order equipment and supplies for jobs.
• Communicate and manage install schedule with Service Manager support.
• Review jobs for accuracy and remediate discrepancies.
• Review KPIs with installation teams and post on target boards.
• Support field technicians on site and provide training as needed.
• Ensure all permits are pulled before arrival.
• Perform safety walks and document observations.
• Review installation quality, callbacks, and opportunities for add-ons.

The Position

As an Install Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our HVAC installation projects, collaborating with internal teams and customers to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Review job costs on completed jobs and identify variances and communicate any challenges with the sales & service department.
• Assist other team members in the resolution of all critical issues with a focus on quality, cost, and schedule. Provide documentation as necessary.
• Visit job sites as needed to ensure quality installation.
• Order equipment and supplies for jobs.
• Communicate and manage install schedule with support of the Service Manager.
• Review all jobs for accuracy and remediate any discrepancies.
• Review KPIs with installation teams and ensure numbers are posted on target boards that are clearly visible for the company.
• Assist and provide training to field technicians on site.
• Confirm all necessary job permits are pulled prior to arrival
• Perform regular safety walks with field staff and record observations
• Communicate with field technicians and provide support when needed
• Review quality of installation, reviews, callbacks, and opportunities for add-on enhancement products
• All other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 2-4 years of HVAC Install experience (Required)
• Service Titan experience is a plus
• Self-motivated and flexible team player that isn’t afraid to ask for help
• Positive attitude
• Deadline driven
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must possess excellent organizational skills
• Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, Google Drive, etc.)
• Must be able to lift 20lbs and stand for long periods of time

Schedule

• 8 Hour Shift

Job Type: Full-time

Hourly: $27 - $35 per hour based on experience
