Jobot is seeking an experienced HVAC Sheet Metal Foreman in North Charleston, SC to lead fabrication and installation teams. You will supervise sheet metal crews, read blueprints, ensure safety, quality, and on-time project delivery, and mentor apprentices.

The role requires 5+ years in HVAC sheet metal fabrication and installation, strong leadership, and a proven track record of coordinating with project managers and engineers.

Qualifications

• Proficient in reading blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and schedule sheet metal team activities.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications for layout requirements.

• Train and mentor junior staff and apprentices.
• Install HVAC sheet metal, including ductwork and related components.

You will be responsible for overseeing, managing, and coordinating the fabrication and installation of HVAC sheet metal components, ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality. Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of the sheet metal team.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout requirements.
• Inspect products to ensure quality and conformity to specification.
• Ensure adherence to all safety rules and regulations.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC sheet metal fabrication and installation.
• Proven experience as a foreman, lead person, or similar leadership role.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
