Job summary

LeoForce is seeking an experienced HVAC Sheet Metal Foreman to lead a field crew in North Charleston. You will supervise fabrication and installation of ductwork, read blueprints, ensure safety, and coordinate with project managers to hit deadlines.

This hands-on leadership role requires 5+ years in HVAC sheet metal fabrication and installation, strong communication, and the ability to mentor apprentices. The position is full-time, on-site with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC sheet metal fabrication and installation.
• Proven experience as a foreman, lead person, or similar leadership role.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
