Kelso Industries is hiring an HVAC Sheet Metal Fabricator to join our team. You will fabricate ductwork, fittings, plenums, and specialty components per shop drawings and specs, reading blueprints and schedules, and operating sheet metal machinery.

You will ensure quality and accuracy, maintain a safe work environment, and collaborate with project teams to meet deadlines. This role requires physical capability and attention to detail in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in sheet metal fabrication, HVAC manufacturing, or related trade.
• Ability to read fabrication drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency with measuring tools and fabrication equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Fabricate HVAC ductwork, fittings, plenums, and specialty sheet metal components according to shop drawings and specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and production schedules.
• Operate fabrication equipment including shears, brakes, rollers, presses, plasma tables, and other sheet metal machinery.
• Measure, cut, bend, form, and assemble sheet metal products accurately.
• Inspect fabricated components for quality and compliance with project requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment and follow OSHA regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers, shop supervisors, and field teams to ensure timely completion.
• Assist with material handling, inventory management, and loading completed products for delivery.
• Perform routine maintenance and care of fabrication tools and equipment.
