Job summary

Wardph is actively seeking HVAC Service Technicians to join our field team. Earn between $34.97 and $50.49+ per hour with opportunities for performance bonuses, healthcare, and a company vehicle.

The role requires at least 2 years of hands-on HVAC experience, EPA certification, and a valid driver's license. Technicians travel to customer sites, diagnose and repair complex heating and cooling systems, and provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
• Proficient in diagnosis and repair of heating & cooling systems including heat pumps, air handlers, gas furnaces, etc.
• Must be professional and positive in communication – happy customers and coworkers are your job as much as technical skills.
• Must have a Valid Driver's License.
• Must live within 45 minutes of Sylva, NC.
• Must have EPA Certification to handle Refrigerants.
• Must be eager to earn, including the use of technology (iPad, Sophisticated dispatch software, etc)

- Must be proficient in Diagnosis and Repair of Heating & Air Conditioning systems including heat pumps, air handlers, gas furnaces, ductless systems, ductwork, humidifiers, dehumidifiers, thermostats and zone controls, etc.

- Must be professional and positive in communication - Happy customers and coworkers are your job as much as technical skills.

- Must have a Valid Driver's License

- Must live within 45 minutes of Sylva, NC

- Must have EPA Certification to handle Refrigerants
