Stark Tech is actively looking for an HVAC Service Technician in Brick Township, NJ.

How do you excel in this position?

The Service Technician reports to the Service Manager and is an hourly, full-time position. This role involves ensuring all customer requests are identified and addressed promptly, accurately, and professionally, with safety as a top priority.

What are we looking for?

• High School Diploma or equivalent, with 2-5 years of HVAC experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must follow union qualification process for Journeyman standing.
• Knowledge of all facets of HVAC, including Air Conditioning, Heating, Electrical, Boilers, Humidification, Dehumidification, and Refrigeration.
• Universal EPA CFC certification.
• 10-hour OSHA certification.
• Highly motivated, independent thinker.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-profile customer setting, multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• Strong HVAC&R theory knowledge, troubleshooting, and repair skills.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, mechanical layouts, and blueprints.
• Experience installing refrigeration piping systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and handheld devices.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
