Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a skilled HVAC/R technician to service approximately 15 store locations in the Phoenix, AZ region. You will perform installations, preventive maintenance, and repairs on facility HVAC/R systems, food service equipment, plumbing, fuel dispensers, and electrical systems.

The role offers a performance-based bonus, weekends off, a company-provided vehicle and tools, and comprehensive benefits including 401(k) match and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• HVAC service experience in commercial settings is required.
• EPA Universal 608 certification is required.
• Basic understanding of OSHA guidelines and safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret site drawings.
• Valid state driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment.
• Communicate repair status with supervisors and store management.
• Complete same-day work order notes and proper charge allocations.
• Monitor and maintain stock levels and keep service vehicle organized.
• Diagnose and repair fuel dispensers and related systems.
• Inspect interiors and exteriors for safety and maintenance issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on rooftop units, refrigeration, fryers, and more.
• Ensure repairs comply with Pilot Company regulations and safety standards.
