Williams Plumbing and Heating in Belgrade, MT is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain heating and cooling systems. You will handle warranty service, communicate with customers, and keep the service vehicle stocked and organized.

The role offers a four-day, 10-hour workweek, competitive wages of 32–48 USD per hour DOE, medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match up to 8%, PTO, holidays, life insurance, and access to Williams Academy training, with company vehicles and gear

Qualifications

• Completion of high school education or GED
• Minimum of 2 years' experience working in the HVAC field (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components
• Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Excellent customer skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and Repair HVAC Systems: diagnose and resolve issues with heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Perform Warranty Service: handle warranty service requests with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Provide Exceptional Customer Service: interact directly with customers daily, explain issues, and deliver friendly, professional service.
