Job summary

Horizon Services is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to diagnose, troubleshoot and repair residential heating and cooling systems. You will enter clients' homes, provide excellent service and support, and contribute to a high-performing team with a people-first culture.

We offer competitive pay, with base pay up to $45/hour and bonuses that can push earnings beyond $48/hour, plus a sign-on bonus up to $10,000. Training, growth, benefits, and a stable year-round schedule are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
• Relevant licenses and certifications.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Hard-working and motivated.

Responsibilities

• Enter customers' homes to diagnose and repair HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance as assigned.
