The role offers a competitive base pay up to $45/hour with bonuses and incentives; top performers can exceed $48/hour with additional earnings opportunities, and a $3,000 sign-on bonus is available in some cases.

Qualifications

• Experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
• Relevant licenses and certifications.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Clean and neat appearance.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Our technicians go into clients' homes to help solve their HVAC problems. They troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair their residential heating and cooling systems, as well as complete assigned preventative maintenance.
