What You’ll Do – HVAC Service Technician

You’ll work with homeowners across Loudoun County and Northern Virginia, not just fixing systems—but building trust. You’ll diagnose, educate, and empower people to make the best decisions for their comfort.

Your Daily Impact:

• Diagnose & Repair HVAC systems with confidence

• Educate Homeowners on efficiency, IAQ upgrades, and system health

• Set Leads for replacements or improvements when needed

• Recommend zoning, filtration, humidifiers, and membership plans

• Deliver Clean, Code-Compliant Work with documentation

• Treat Every Home Like Your Own with professionalism and empathy

What You Bring

3+ years of residential HVAC experience
EPA Type II or Universal Certification (NATE a plus!)
Strong diagnostic and communication skills
Clean driving record & valid license
Ability to lift 50+ lbs, use ladders, and work in crawlspaces
A genuine desire to serve others with integrity
