Job summary

Air Tech of Houston is hiring a self-motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team in Houston. The role offers hourly pay plus commission and uncapped earning potential, with full benefits and a strong emphasis on safety and training.

The ideal candidate has 1–5 years of HVAC service experience, relevant certification, and a valid driver's license. You will diagnose, repair, and service HVAC and refrigeration equipment and participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years HVAC service experience
• HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school
• Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record
• Ability to handle heavy equipment

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment
• Present recommendations for new equipment and provide value to customer
• Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills
• Prioritize customer service and satisfaction
• Attend periodic company or manufacturer training
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Consistently work with and handle at least 50lbs
