Job summary

The role offers a take-home Ford Transit vehicle, uniform/phone, and on-call Saturdays, with pay tied to billable hours, bonuses, and commissions.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
- Annual maintenance experience required or preferred.
- EPA Universal Certification required or ideal.
- Able to read and interpret wiring diagrams/blueprints.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
Responsibilities
- Provide service, maintenance, and repairs on residential and light commercial systems.
- Educate customers on indoor air quality and repair options.
- Consult with customers on repair and replacement decisions.
- Participate in company-paid training.
