Job summary

One Call Electrical Heating & Cooling is seeking skilled residential HVAC technicians to join our fast-growing team in New Jersey. Earn $18–$24/hour with uncapped commissions and a clear path to $150K+ per year through performance incentives.

Full-time role, 8-hour shifts, Monday–Friday with weekend OT. Candidates should have 3+ years HVAC experience, strong diagnostics, EPA certification or willingness, and the ability to explain technical findings to homeowners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to clearly explain technical findings to homeowners.
• EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Professional communication skills; safety-minded and accountable.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems (furnaces, A/C, heat pumps).
• Perform tune-ups, testing, and system performance evaluations.
• Educate homeowners on repair options and IAQ improvements.
• Provide honest recommendations to improve comfort and safety.
• Document findings and estimates clearly in ServiceTitan.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and customer care.
