Job summary

Lane Valente Industries is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to service and maintain HVAC equipment on national accounts. You will diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance, while coordinating on-site work and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The role involves reading blueprints or specifications, maintaining service records, and providing technical support to customers. Travel and overtime/weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Servicing HVAC products and equipment on assigned projects.
• Diagnose and repair units using hand-tools per specifications.
• Perform preventative maintenance and site surveys as requested by customers.
• Read and interpret product specifications to guide service work.

Responsibilities

• Service HVAC equipment on assigned projects and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Diagnose, repair, and test HVAC units at customer sites.
• Prepare for installation and repairs by reviewing site layout and required materials.
• Maintain vehicle and service records and order parts as needed.
• Provide technical support to customers and act as company representative on site.
