Our apprenticeship is now Trane-accredited, giving you the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals while building the skills needed for a long-term career in HVAC service. No extensive HVAC experience is required.

Qualifications

• No extensive HVAC experience required; paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced HVAC technicians with inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Learn to identify HVAC components, tools, and basic system issues.
• Help transport and organize tools, equipment, and materials.
• Learn proper HVAC installation, service, and safety practices.
• Follow safety procedures when working with refrigerants and electrical components.
• Keep job sites and service vehicles clean and organized.
