Job summary

First Mate Heating & Cooling in Lee's Summit, MO is looking for an HVAC Service Technician to address home HVAC concerns and perform thorough system checks.

You should have at least 1 year of HVAC experience, EPA certification, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a drug test. Residence within 45 minutes of the office is required; relocation is not offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in HVAC required.
• EPA Certification required.
• NATE Certification(s) preferred.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Pass a drug test.
• Reside within 45 minutes of our office.

Responsibilities

• Addressing HVAC concerns for homeowners
• Thoroughly checking the entire HVAC system for the customer
• Providing clear upfront options
• Listening to the customer and providing suggestions and feedback to improve their existing system
• Completing repairs
• Completing paperwork
