We're looking for a skilled HVAC Service Technician who's not only sharp with tools and troubleshooting-but also loves customer interaction and knows how to spot opportunities to help. What You'll Do:

• Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Build trust and rapport with customers through honest communication
• Educate clients on system conditions and recommend the best solutions
• Present add-on products and services with integrity (filters, IAQ, accessories, etc.)
• Complete service tickets accurately and efficiently using mobile tools
• Maintain your company-provided vehicle, tools, and equipment

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of HVAC service experience
• EPA Universal Certification
• Strong people skills and a friendly, confident communication style
• Sales-minded with a passion for helping customers find the right solutions
• Clean, valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Tech-savvy with mobile tools and service software

Work Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week), may include some evenings/weekends

Compensation & Perks:

• $32 - $47 per hour depending on experience
