Qualifications

• All experience levels welcome to apply.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds or more and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Regularly required to work in extreme temperatures indoors and outdoors.
• Pre-employment background check required.

Responsibilities

• Run on average 4-5 maintenance and/or service calls daily.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Present tailored solutions that fit each customer’s needs.
• Deliver first-time fix quality with reliable tools and continuous learning.
• Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers and team.
